This site has been developed to exploit the ease by which Drupal can provide online forms, so that data can be collected, validated and stored in a structured fashion, and so that:-

• Forms can be configured with ease and contain a variety of field types and associated validation
• Forms can be access and submitted anywhere by those with the permission to do so.
• Data collected can be stored online and/or submitted to recipients via e-mail.
• Records of multiple submisisons can be downloaded and exported to Excel
